🔁 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  1. Damaged or Defective Product
    If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  2. Wrong Item Delivered
    If we deliver a different size, color, or item than what you ordered, we will arrange a return and issue a refund or send the correct item.

📦 Return Conditions for Refund

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The request for refund must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos of the issue via WhatsApp or email.

  • The item must be returned to our address within 7 days of approval.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds in the following cases:

  • Size issues if incorrect size was selected by the customer

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or display settings

  • Items on sale, clearance, or custom-made orders

  • Delay in delivery due to courier or external factors

  • Returns initiated after the allowed return period

💸 Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a refund confirmation via email or WhatsApp

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • In case of COD orders, we may request bank details for refund processing

🔄 Exchange Option

In place of a refund, you may also opt for:

  • Size Exchange (if available)

  • Replacement with another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid)
